Our Work Together

One Mind at Work members are committed to a top-down, bottom-up, middle-out approach to creating a mentally healthy culture within their workplaces.

We partner with them to drive effective, evidence-based strategies, and strive for a process of continual improvement.

Member Commitment

The first step to joining One Mind at Work is having an executive leader from your organization sign our charter, which outlines the four commitments we expect each member organization to make.

There is no “one size fits all” solution to workplace mental health, and our membership spans many sectors, sizes, geographies, and employee demographics. The charter provides a framework for understanding a comprehensive approach to mental health in the workplace.

Advocate

for a workplace culture that reduces the stigma associated with mental illness.

Create

access to mental health tools and treatments that are on par with those provided for physical health.

Invest

time and money to build the evidence, tools, and metrics that drive results.

Design

our work in a way that protects the psychological safety of our teams.

Collaborate

with other One Mind at Work members to share and highlight best practices, and collectively move this work forward.

Member Collaboration

Collaboration across the member network is critical to the growth of our coalition and the value we provide to our network. One Mind at Work convenes members through a variety of both in person and virtual engagements, including our annual Global Forum in Napa, CA; virtual quarterly roundtables; webinars and ad hoc events; and online via our private Slack channel and on social media via LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

We also bring members together in small working groups to address more targeted issues and work together to identify and amplify best practices and solutions.
