One Mind at Work has released the 2019 CHRO Insights Series Report
The One Mind at Work CHRO Insights Series is developed through interviews with leading employers to gather key activities and actions in support of workplace mental health. The 2019 report highlights the work of seven leading global employers to implement programs and practices that support the unique needs of their workforce. Learn more about how different industries and approaches are shaping the future of workplace mental health.
With financial support from founding sponsor Janssen Research & Development, LLC, one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, One Mind at Work convenes leaders to transform approaches to mental health and addiction with the goal of delivering better mental health, wellness and economic outcomes globally. Working together with other influential leaders, we will effectively address mental health disparities, promote brain health and achieve a society and health care system in which mental health is treated the same as physical health.
The focus of One Mind at Work is the development and implementation of a gold standard for workplace mental health and well-being. We believe that a committed group of CEOs can transform the way we view and approach mental health, brain fitness and well-being in the workplace, how healthcare is purchased and provided under the new paradigm, and how we can gain equity, collaboration and parity between physical and mental health.
“We are the founding sponsor because we saw a deep need to globally connect the fragmented local efforts in the workplace mental health space. One Mind at Work gave us the opportunity to lead and continuously learn from experts and other members.”
